"Last year my son attended SOCAPA for the first time. He was a senior in high school and had not ever done anything like this before. He has a love for photography and film and so he was brave and signed up for the two-week photography program. When I picked him up at the airport, I could see right away in his eyes that he was changed. Changed in an amazing way. He had one of the most profound experiences of his life! For days and weeks he would talk about it. The friends he made, the places he got to see, and the life lessons he learned. It was one of the best decisions he had ever made for himself. I am proud of him and thankful for SOCAPA. He will be returning again this year!"
